A gorgeous velvet fabric covered in sequins, available in a small range of colours. Each sequin is sewn onto the fabric and therefore will last longer than cheaper fabrics with the sequins glued on. This fabric has a small amount of stretch in both directions and would be great for fancy dresses, costumes, decor etc.
