We recognize that sometimes a fabric may not meet your specific project requirements. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with our global community of creators in mind, offering a straightforward process to address your needs while maintaining the quality standards you expect from our curated collection.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We Accept Returns & Exchanges For:
- Items in original, unused condition with tags attached
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
- Incorrect items received (different from what was ordered)
- Returns initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
Condition Requirements:
- Fabrics must be in their original condition, unwashed and uncut
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cut Fabric – All fabric sold by the yard/meter (once cut to your specified length)
- Fat Quarters – Pre-cut fabric pieces
- Halloween Collection – Seasonal and licensed fabrics
- Licensed Fabrics – Fabrics featuring copyrighted characters or designs
- Clearance or Sale Items – Unless defective
- Custom Orders – Specifically cut or special ordered fabrics
Note: This includes all fabric types in our menu such as Curtain Fabric, Denim, Double Gauze, Flannel, Fleece, Hessian, Interfacing, Jacquard, John Louden, Lace, Leatherette, Linen, Lining, Modal, Muslin, and Net fabrics once they have been cut to your specified measurements.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 hours (during business days), we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the items in their original condition and include:
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package
- Original invoice or packing slip
- All original tags and packaging
Step 4: Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time:
- Once we receive your return: 3-5 business days for inspection
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Total timeframe: 8-12 business days from when we receive your return
Refund Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your original payment method
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval for future purchases
Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item(s).
International Returns
As we serve creators worldwide (excluding select remote areas in Asia and other hard-to-reach locations), international customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs and customs fees
- Ensuring proper documentation for international returns
- Marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective fabric or incorrect items:
