• Fabric Types: We offer a curated selection such as Curtain Fabric, Denim, Double Gauze, Fat Quarters, Flannel, Fleece, French Terry, Halloween collections, Hessian, Interfacing, Jacquard, John Louden, Lace, Leatherette, Licensed fabrics, Linen, Lining, Modal, Muslin, and Net. Each fabric is described in detail on the Site, including composition, weight, and intended use.
• Quality Assurance: We meticulously curate our fabrics to ensure high quality. However, due to the nature of textiles, slight variations in color or texture may occur, which are not considered defects. Images on the Site are for reference and may differ slightly from actual products due to screen settings.
• Non-Returnable Items: To maintain quality and safety, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. This includes cut fabric (sold by yard/meter), Fat Quarters, Halloween collections, Licensed fabrics, clearance/sale items, and custom orders. Refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

We strive to provide accurate product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If we identify an error in pricing or description, we reserve the right to cancel orders and notify you promptly.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Placing an order with Ernst Fabric Store signifies your agreement to these terms:

• Order Process: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with details.
• Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins.
• Shipping:
  • Standard Shipping: Costs $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment. Includes full tracking and insurance.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50 or more via EMS (Economy Mail Service), with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment. Basic tracking is provided.
  We ship globally, excluding remote areas in Asia and other hard-to-reach locations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
• Order Modifications and Cancellations: You may request order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
• International Orders: Customers outside the US are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and compliance with local laws. These are not included in our pricing and are payable upon delivery.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We aim for your complete satisfaction. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward while upholding quality standards:

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for items in original, unused condition with tags attached, or for defective/damaged/incorrect items. Non-returnable items are listed in Section 2.
• Process:

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Ship the item securely to Ernst Fabric Store – Returns, 5611 North 61st Avenue, Glendale, US 85301, with the authorization number and original documents.
• Costs: Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we cover replacement shipping costs.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 8-12 business days after we receive the return, issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to changed mind.
• Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos for a prepaid return label and expedited replacement or refund.
